Simply the best Law office for real estate and small business matters, in Sarasota; caring, competent, and professional.
Absolutely top-notch service. We had a contentious home purchase (seller and buyer were fine, seller's agent tried to torpedo the deal) a few years ago and wanted an escrow company with an attorney, for legal help. Ms. Desjarlais did an amazing job and was always available to field questions. Her staff are the same. Years after this deal, this office has been my go-to for escrow information. The people are super helpful, organized, professional, well-informed and just plain smart.
I will never use her as a lawyer ever again! For someone who has over 30 years of experience you’d think there would be high level professionalism and great communication, but there was absolutely none of that. My experience working with her was not a pleasant one. Would highly recommend to use your money wisely and use a different lawyer.
My wife and I recently had our wills and associated legal documents created by Mary Lynn. She listened to our thoughts/concerns and answered all of our questions expertly providing us with the necessary documents exactly as we wished. Mary Lynn is thoughtful, understanding and thoroughly professional. We are extremely satisfied with the service she provided and we highly recommend her.
