I've worked with Mary Lee for years: we had our first package of sessions together in 2021, and then she stayed responsive and supportive until we resumed sessions in 2025 (for no compensation at all might I add!); I was so grateful for her continued connection during that period. Terrific teacher and was so patient with students. The material is presented to hold one's attention and then practice what was learned but with no fear of criticism because other students gave feedback.
After some deep reflection, I realized that discovering hypnotherapy—and learning I could practice it myself—has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life.
