Dr Ballard is an excellent MD, caring, responsible, knowledgeable, good bed manners but her staff are very rude, cancels appointments frequently and also when I was waiting in person, in a rude way her staff said Dr will no see you today because she is busy, her staff made many mistakes and never give any apology for their errors.

Listens to her patients. Cares about follow ups. Very personable, intelligent, experienced, and excellent bedside manner.
Her office staff and nurses are rude and unprofessional. She tries to bill you multiple times after the fact for insurance fraud. Does NOT spend any time with her patients just hurries onto the next.
Dr Ballard is great!! She loves her patients and takes the time to build a great relationship. Her bed side manners are unheard of today, usually you are rushed at Dr appt, but Dr Ballard goes over and beyond to make sure her patients are well taken care of.
