Bought a bookcase with sliding glass doors a few weeks back. Mary Kay was terrific to work with! She met us on a Sunday when they were closed since we were in the area. She presented us with two shipper options, then followed up when the shipping company contacted her to make sure we had arranged to use them. She also checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the shipping and purchase. Very conscientious and helpful.
