I went to her about 4 years ago for hypnotherapy. I was having a hard time with a break up . I truly would have liked to have written this review sooner but my life has truly been go go go since I had sessions with her . She is remarkable. Within a year of my sessions with her , I started loving myself again . I met my now fiance and we have a child together. If you need help in any area of life , I highly recommend her .
Mary is simply amazing! The hypnosis helped me to find deep inner healing and deal/work with trauma, PTSD, and the feelings associated with it. Mary is authentic and genuinely cares about her clients. Her before and after care is so supportive and nurturing, and I am so grateful. She is a bright light in the holistic community.
