I had four referrals that were approved by my insurance to see the neuro-ophthalmologist. One of them even came from my neurologist. However, they were ALL declined by this facility. After getting my insurance involved, they said there was not reason for them to decline the referrals. I was advised to file a complaint and change clinics.

Dr. Jonica clearly thinks of herself as a compassionate provider. Others have noted that she made them feel comfortable and cared for. I did not have that experience. I told Dr. Jonica I was struggling to get through my hospital experience for an endoscopic procedure, that I felt everyone around me was treating me with hostility, that there was no safe way for me to exist in that environment, and she literally said "thanks for sharing," and left. I was openly weeping when wheeled into the procedure room and she didn't notice... read more
My local dr said my neck is in bad shape and recommended Dr clifford Lin. That was nearly a year ago. Even after sending me to have expensive testing he told me I HAD to travel ove 180 miles to see him in person. Then canceled 2 appointments, one the afternoon before the appointment while we had already traveled there for the appointment. And after seeing for himself the results of the testing. He didn't even car enough about my health to get me in to actually get treatment after all this time.
To update my review. In 2016 Dr. Falardeau missed a macular hole. The damage is permanent. Destroyed my life and my vision. Get a second opinion before it's too late.
Awful. He's attentive, listens, but ignored advise of pharmacist (due to my documented history of allergic and symptom reactions to meds, documented by military facility after war zone chemical exposures plus more med reactions as prescribed later at CMH) and instead gave full dosage. Heart monitor detected 200 beats per minute, arrythmia, ONE time in two weeks at day three of med which I had stopped on that day due to horrible complications (significant memory loss, staggering, etc, severe head pain in three areas of brai... read more
We will like to thank Dr. David Lee from OHSU fertility. He was just amazing what make him unique is that he is a great listener, caring, and a great communicator. He listens to your concerns and you feel that you become part of a team to achieve a common goal having a baby and form a family. My case was challenging because my body was no responding as expected to the treatment or took considerable amount of time for the medication to kick in. Dr. Lee when out of his way to have a conversation with me to lay down the plan ... read more
Dr Afshan Nanji has still license because she escapes justice by hiding behind OHSU. Dr Nanji, do you remember me? I did a corneal crosslinking with you in 2019 in OHSU. Remember? You lied to me that keratoconus is progressing in both of my eyes when I was 32, although all the medical records was fully stable. You lied to me that I have to do surgery although I needed no surgery. Later, many other doctors confirmed that. Remember? You pushed me lying that I have to do surgery ASAP, you pushed me for doing a surgery 3 mo... read more
On 4/4/23 I had a routine post-op visit following cataract surgery. I have no complaints related to the actual surgery. My appointment was scheduled for 9:50. I arrived a few minutes early and was informed that the doctor was running late. I was in the waiting room until 11:18. At that time I was escorted into an exam room. I had a pressure check and my pupil was dilated. I was told that there were two patients ahead of me. I waited in the exam room till 12:55 at which time the doctor came in and apologized for the wait stat... read more
