I had my first visit with Mary Beth today. I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was with my conditions. She reassured me what I’m experiencing is very real even though medical doctors haven’t been helpful for me. She gave me some valuable resources to look into, and we have a plan to work on my healing together. I’m very excited and optimistic for the next steps!

I was cautiously optimistic prior to attending my session with Mary Beth. She was very professional. She explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. The session helped me coordinate my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I would highly recommend that you attend a session with Mary Beth Lodge if you are trying to change a behavior you have had difficulty changing in the past.
