Mary Ann and her team worked diligently to develop a strategy, follow that strategy, and lead us to the finish line where we were able to resolve our dispute. We were the little guys against the titans of our Association and their Insurance Defense team, and having Mary Ann on our side made a tremendous difference in our ability to achieve an amicable resolution to our dispute. I would recommend Mary Ann and her team to anybody that needs to compel their Condominium Association to do what they are obligated to do.

She vanished after I paid for the phone call. She told me what she was going to do but I never her back. Very disappointed! I thought I was dealing with a Profesional but obviously it was not the case. My consultation was not cancelled. it was chopped and interrupted while you were driving. You promised what you could not delivered.
