I was getting a service done and the owner was berating and belittling some of the girls that worked there. Incredibly unprofessional for the owner of a business to be conducting it that way. I only support businesses that treat their staff with respect.

Had a great experience with massages, lead to the discovery of a bulged disc and curved spine that had been causing me pain for a couple years and was undiagnosed! On the other side had a horrible experience getting my nails done. Was spoken to rudely and made to feel like I was a bother.
