I have worked with Ms. Marx as opposing counsel and as a mediator. It's hard to find someone more knowledgeable, fair, empathetic and capable. I would recommend Ms. Marx as a mediator/arbitrator/private judge to any and all of my family law clients.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My ex and I approached her for mediation with all but a few items agreed upon. We proceeded to spend $12k+ over the course of 1.5 years- much of which was her reading & responding to emails. Her assistant constantly spelled things wrong (both of our names!) when preparing the paperwork. She also sent us other people’s billing statements.
