Rehab horrible, pt not aggressive enough, rooms are crowded and full of random rehab equipment, sheets had holes in them, short staffed, NP didn’t listen or follow through on pt needs. Some staff was super kind. For a new unit, I expected luxury decor instead of drab rooms. I do like the long term care but not rehab at this place. Sad Was here few years ago and same thing.

What a horrible experience! My mom was sent there from the hospital for physical therapy. She was not taken care of. They get one shower a week🤢. She started having seizures from the stress of being there. Her first seizure I pushed the nurses button and no one came for 20 minutes. The second one of the day her food tray was being delivered so I got a nurse quicker. I said I'm taking her home. I called her doctor and was told his PA would be there. I was apprehensive being 55 and going to a "nursing home/rehab center". When The experience was top notch. Bright, upbeat, kind, professional care. Food, CNA's, Nursing, Therapy, Maintenance.... evrey one of them i couldn't of been more grateful to how they treated me and witness of others.

My great aunt is staying there and I wish she wasn't. It took over 2 hours for them to get a bed ready after they were asked to take care of it, because it was clear nothing was being done. If you care for your parent or grandparent, please take them somewhere else. The amount of 1 star reviews is definitely deserved.
