Tried to call about renting a unit. Linda from remax consistently sent me to voice and ended phone calls. Then vaguely texted me what size unit and Month I wanted to move in. After I responded she never texted back, I sent a follow-up text still nothing and she then continued to end my calls. Based on this fact alone I'm sure this place is trash

I love living here, close to everything my place is newly updated very large and perfect design... hard to find a rental townhome community in Minneapolis that isn’t an arm and a leg... most tenants never move unless they hike the rent up which hasn’t happened With the last landlord. Mark the mantainence guy is awesome always on time and there when you need him. Only thing parking can be a challenge if you have a one car garage, plowing in winter is not the best and no amenities wish they would build a pool in the back yard ... read more

Driveways seemed too small and crowded. There is no on site management if you got apartment related problems. Cops were almost always at the complex at least once a week. The complex closed down the swimming pool. Parking is not the greatest I think marvin gardens is section 8. Rents are kind of high for what you get. The apartments are sort of outdated. The bathroom flooring had mold that soaked thru the rotted wood flooring. I don't think I recommend Marvin Gardens.
