Didn’t give an effort in my case as I went out of my way to find her. Wasn’t prepared for my case, told me a day prior multiple times about a hearing the NEXT day, making me have to rush to find sitters, tell my job, etc. There was always an excuse, sick, “I didn’t hit send” (this one cost me personally the most), my mom was sick, etc. I was blamed for everything and if I gave her any type of reason she’d get an attitude and threaten to stop representing me which she ultimately did.
