In the past few months I have missed about 10 doctors appointments because your transportation people did not pick me up in time or not at all. These were appointments with my surgeon after having hip surgery, my pain doctor who without pain medication I would end up in the emergency room. The driver's either show up late or not at all. I just witnessed a very rude driver at Fresenius Village Oaks. Van 1025, 11:45am. He came in and was yelling back out the door at who he was bringing in because she needed assistance as a blind person. He then kept telling her the door is here, listen to my voice. The whole time she kept asking him to help. Once she came in he just watched her make her way to a seat blindly and still wouldn’t help.
