The customer service provided was fantastic (I worked with Chris B). We ordered a lot of name badges with different variations, and 24 shipping locations. The large order was shipped on time, and the job progress updates were perfect. We received a list of tracking numbers immediately after the order shipped too. Then when 2 shipments were lost in transit, they submitted the claim with the carrier and are expediting the remake and shipping. I had not requested for the claim to be filed - they just did it.
