Website says same day shipping. It's been over a week. Still no order. Customer service sucks. Says it's been shipped. But when yoy look at tracking its still at warehouse in LA we love their product when we busy elsewhere.
After one year using his CAT 8 bat, the knob of the bat was fully broken when my 10 year old son was swinging baseball at the batting cage. Of course, Marucci customer service said the warranty was expired. Terrible product, terrible customer service.
I was send the wrong size. It was a error on the company behalf and I was charged a shipping fee to mail the wrong item back. This is a horrible policy
