Accidentally left my front wheel at home and had to last minute rent a bike to bike the Columbia trail! Marty’s came in super clutch! Amazing customer service and selection of bikes. They turned my not so great morning into a wonderful day 🙂

My friend was too chicken to leave this review so I'm doing it for him since he hasn't stopped having issues impacting our ride schedules ever since bringing his high end bike to Marty's. He brought in his bike for a simple derailleur shift tuning, that was it.. which ?3 tries later they couldnt do! He expected ?$50 quick tune, but had to pay the min $99 fee, said fine, even though didn't need wheel truing nor break nor cable replacement, or.anything else. We started taking our bikes to Marty's this winter and we couldn't be happier with the service. Many bike shops will address the specific issue that has been identified, but Eric and Eric are very thorough and even when in for a minor service, they give our bikes a complete review. The issues may not be big, but they get fixed before they are a concern. I'm much more confident that my bikes have been serviced properly and that I won't have an issue that will result in a long walk home.
