Great shop—if you're dropping big money. Stopped by the High Bridge location, where the staff was awesome and even called ahead to Randolph to hold a bike for me. Drove 40 more minutes from home, only to watch the bike walk out the door in front of me. I was not a happy camper because the store was 1.5 hours from me. Jesse, the owner/manager’s, response? Accidentally left my front wheel at home and had to last minute rent a bike to bike the Columbia trail! Marty’s came in super clutch! Amazing customer service and selection of bikes. They turned my not so great morning into a wonderful day 🙂

My friend was too chicken to leave this review so I'm doing it for him since he hasn't stopped having issues impacting our ride schedules ever since bringing his high end bike to Marty's. He brought in his bike for a simple derailleur shift tuning, that was it.. which ?3 tries later they couldnt do! He expected ?$50 quick tune, but had to pay the min $99 fee, said fine, even though didn't need wheel truing nor break nor cable replacement, or.anything else.
