According to others in town and a visit to the store, this location has closed. I visited twice during the day and there is nothing left in the store. It was a well liked store accoring to FB pages. This is a small town and two other bike stores in the area have closed over the years.
I dropped my ebike off for a tube change around 1 pm he said he would try to have it done that day (5 hours to change 1 tube and nobody else was there) never called and let me know if it was done then they were closed till Tuesday so they held my bike for 4 days, never gave me a new tube like they said they would they js fixed the flat wich I don’t mind but it was still 65$ and I got home and the tire popped
Had to get my grips tightened, they helped immediately free of charge. Super nice.
I came to Marty's to pick up a new bike in a long while. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I am glad I made the trip. Eric was super friendly and spent the time to answer and install all the additional accessories I purchased for the bike. The store had a wide variety of items and had just about everything I needed for my new bike. The pricing was good but the customer service was superb, with very knowledgeable staff. Great shop—if you're dropping big money. Stopped by the High Bridge location, where the staff was awesome and even called ahead to Randolph to hold a bike for me. Drove 40 more minutes from home, only to watch the bike walk out the door in front of me. I was not a happy camper because the store was 1.5 hours from me. Jesse, the owner/manager’s, response?
