very happy with 90% of my service including purchase and accessories. I’ve had to call and go there over 10 times and cannot get the key I need for the battery compartment. I was just keeping being told the same thing we’ll get it for you months have passed. Everything else was perfect
My wife and I were rookies and very naieve about biking. As "almost seniors" we had heard about e-bikes. We knew nothing. When we arrived both Zoe and Michael took a great deal of time to explain it all ! Their knowledge was exceptional and they showed us everyting about the bikes. They walked us thryu the features before we took our first test ride. We owne toe great ebikes now. They were absolutley awsome and I highly recommend this shop ! Five Stars
Had a great experience with Jesse. Bought my son a mountain bike, they made some good suggestions on some gear he needed. Everyone that worked there seemed nice and happy. We will be back!
Absolute top notch bike shop. Clean building. Great layout. Helpful staff. Great inventory - would highly recommend. Have stopped and worked there multiple times and always had a great experience.
