This company is an absolute joke, ordered a part on line, but the web page would not go to the payment page! They managed to send 3 No confirmation emails!! Phoned the next day, told they were too busy to sort out, call back next day! Next phone back, web page issue which they promised to sort that day, I was promised an email would be sent with payment details. 24 hours later still no email. Had a technical issue with my mountain bike ,I didn’t have a clue how to fix. Took it to this shop. The owner Tim couldn’t have been more helpful, he obviously had a lot of work ongoing, but he sorted out my problem straight away. His technical knowledge of bikes is incredible.
