The first initial phone call was okay. Then communication just dropped. Which would be fine if I wasn’t a first time home buyer that had questions. I had to reach out to see if he had a preapproval done, which is fine, but after that there was no communication. I ended up calling the guy my parents went through. Eventually after I waited 8 hours (business hours) for my question answered I decided to go to with another lender. Hopefully other people have a much better experience than I did. After dealing with Marty for a while I wasn’t quite sure if he worked for fairway or Midwest mortgage with the amount of business he is giving them. I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this guy. There were countless times i was left without any knowledge of where the loan stood and what was being done with it.
