I brought in all my documents and some medical records and it seems like this attorney either doesn't want to work on my case or just wants the paycheck and doesn't want to do the work. My mom went to him when she got her disability benefits decades ago so I thought he was highly recommended but we'll see what happens. Been waiting for my disability benefits since 2015. Would not recommend. Told me time frames would be very short which they were not. I called to find out my initial hearing judge wasn't even there anymore. Waited again for another hearing. New Judge made claims about my doctor visit time frame which weren't true and knocked 2 years off of my settlement yet ruled in my favor after 5 years. I wasnt going to argue with her. Mr Martone then called me to inform me he received his portion of my settlement and that we had nothing else to discuss and I should be receiving my portion... read more
