Just like the previous reviewer warned, super shady. He and his wife Elizabeth/Gloria lived in my house for years and destroyed it. I was constantly getting HOA warnings and they were always pushing limits. I felt bad for their situation and continuous sob stories, so I let them stay. One day, they left without warning or paying rent. They left all their garbage behind like animals! The home was infested fleas and looked like hoarders lived there.

Made good dodger at a good price. It had two places we wanted more reinforcing and he came back and is making the improvements. A good guy to work with!!!

I would be very careful with this shady outfit. The owner will give you his business card with his business license listed on it. When you do the research it’s an actual house and not a shop. when I called the city to validate the business license it never came up.. When I asked the owner if he can take a picture of his business license he was offended and told me to go somewhere else because no one ever asked him for evidence before Don’t take my word for it, ask for proof that he’s a legit business or under the table hack ... read more

Caesar does a great job, but his marketing capabilities haven't come together yet. He's actually located in Sausalito, (Not San Rafael) in North Sails Bldg (440 Coloma St.) off Bridgeway. Communicate directly by his cell and you should be fine.
