Absolutely horrible experience. Claims items are new but they aren’t. Called to complain that they sold me something that I was lead to believe is “new” and wasn’t, it was so used that every part needed to be changed. The woman said that it was my fault that I didn’t thoroughly inspect it before buying it. What a joke. Love my new $200 paper weight. “Opening the box to go through it together while you watched me.” I didn’t realize I needed to take the vacuum out of the box and open it up to see all the dirt and debris.
