This is the 2nd year I’m told I can’t get my taxes done because I didn’t make an appointment early enough?……. Absolutely ridiculous. I filed 4 years with this place, just to be denied 2 years after that. They don’t accept new clients and apparently if you are a client you need to have every tax document ready to hand over to them before the 3rd week of March…. Yet we can file taxes til the middle of April….. ridiculous. Don’t even waste your time with this place. Big disappointment!!!!!!
