terrible, unprofessional business who needs to learn how to communicate at minimum.
First off I visited only once to see my aunt,we took her out only to return because they gave her 2 empty tanks of oxygen.my uncle visited as much as he could always said it was the same thing over and over again.so the day before my aunt went to the hospital,my two girls went to visit,my aunt was lying in bed unable to move mind you she could walk short distance but no longer could get out of bed,she told my girls that a gentleman threw her to the ground.bruises all over her arms.i mean covered.the workers made dinner and m... read more
My daughter and her friend went there to see her friends family member and when they got there she was complety neglected I mean to the fullest!!!! I seen the bruising all over her arm and legs with my own 2 eyes!!! She had to go to the hospital because her back was shattered 😲 and she had a sever UTI and they had they audacity to say she done it to herself. this lady couldn't harm anything she is so tiny and frail. So she shattered her own back!!!! Gtfoh!!! And as for you saying they were disrespectful to you HA who wouldn... read more
