I just purchased and had installed a 20ft flag pole. Process was super easy. Went into the store placed order with Brett. Couple days later the installer reached out and we set a date. He and his son came dug the hole and cemented the sleeve in the ground. Four days later I put the pole in the sleeve and we had a flag flying for Memorial Day. Thank you
