Great place! Everyone there is really friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable and they had the work done quick. No upselling, just fixed what needed to be done! Lots of selection of bikes and accessories there too.
It was a Saturday of a long weekend and they were very busy. When we walked in we were greeted within seconds. I was looking for a bike for myself and within minutes I was out on a test run. They were great to explain and answer all my questions about the bike I was interested in. When I decided I was ready to purchase it was about 2:15 and they close at 3:00, he said no worries I will build it and have it ready for you today. While on a cross Canada bike tour, Brett and the team at Martin's Bicycle Shop were fantastic! Without an appointment, they took my 13 year old bike in on a busy long weekend and came up with creative fixes for me, and worked around my schedule. He walked me though everything and took the time to make it right, service with a smile! Thanks Brett, I really appreciate this!
Martin's bike shop always provides fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. The owner is always striving offer quality products and to meet the needs of this community. They are involved and sincerely care about the people who live here.
Completed a comprehensive overhaul of my Bianchi. Couldn't help but notice, too, that the staff were equally attentive to the other customers in this busy shop. Many superlatives apply: suffice to say it was worth the trip to Southampton.
