Great bike shop. Very little sales pressure. They want to make sure the bike is going to fit your needs. Nice to have a LBS like this so close by.
Brett, the owner, was excellent to deal with in every way. Knowledgeable and patient. Our rented bike was a 16" one for our grandson. It was in excellent condition and perfect for Cayden. A helmet was also provided. I highly recommend Martin's Bicycle Shop for any of your bicycle needs.
We highly recommend Martin’s bicycle shop. They were so knowledgeable and fair and helpful They are so honest with their pricing and went above and beyond to help fix my kid’s bike
Very disappointing experience this year. We rent many years from Martin's but this year reserved in advance and then had to cancel due to injury. Left 3 messages, talked to someone 3 times, sent 3 emails, and no one ever acknowledged the messages as requested. Finally had to go in person and then I'm told it will be another 5-10 days because no one did anything the first time I called/messaged for the cancellation/refund.
