Another appalling experience from this tardy company!!! The Saturday 907 service departs QE11 departs at 3:50pm!! The driver chose to depart 10 mins early at 3:40pm leaving patrons stranded for 1 hour!! The response I received from my concern was denial!!! This company lies constantly to cover up their actions!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!Â

I spoke with a very aggressive male from HR last week and today 14/1/25 regarding two bad experiences with rude drivers employed by Martins, on both accessions the HR rep hung up on me displaying his lack of respect and emotional intelligence!!! This person from HR (initials PL) chose to be arrogant and discredited my distressing experience with an abusive driver!! Minus 1 would be correct. Saturday 2:25pm 11 Jan I stepped on at IGA Union Road and the driver spoke to me with the utmost disrespect, I went to pay for my ticket 🎫 and he told me to get off the bus. I asked for what reason, he was standing up at this point and had turned his bus off he raised his arm & I felt threatened like he was going to hit me!!
