Edit: Oct 2025 - still stand by the really excellent seafood - and their butcher section is 100%!, but produce? It's comically bad. Onions and potatoes are consistently rotten once you cut them open. Thank goodness there's a Safeway next door. Hate having to visit two stores, though. Old review: Really love having Martin's nearby. Excellent meat and seafood departments. Solid store with good selection of products, but basic items are pricey. Typically hit Aldi's for most items, but will come to Martin's for any specialty needs. I do appreciate that they usually keep multiple in person check out lanes running. The self check out stations are fine for small purchases. The self check out lanes are a massive pain to use.

Disappointed. Found out that cashier checkout is only available from 7:00am. Unless I receive a discount for performing cashier duties, I will never use self checkout. Self-checkout attendant just stood there with nothing to do. Would not lift a finger to checkout. Poor customer service and concept for any retail store!
