If your self checkout has an issue, better hope Tina isn't up there, apparently it's really hard to hit the BIG GREEN OK to clear the screen and get back to the main screen to scan things again. I think if you're bad with technology, you probably shouldn't be near the self checkout. Also didn't appreciate the rummaging in my bag to make sure I had the correct items. No warning or even saying she was going to.
