I ordered a cake out of the book and what was made and sold to me was absolutely a disgrace. I have been ordering and purchasing cakes my entire adult life and this is the worst I have ever received. I was given a refund and they let me keep the cake, but that does not change the fact that it was awful to have to take to a birthday get together. I really wish it would let me post a photo of what I received. I will absolutely never be ordering another cake from Martin's.
I frequent this location just about everyday and there is a young lady by the name of Molly that works in the deli department. Molly has always greets me with such enthusiasm, she even calls me her favorite customer. She probably says that to a few of us 🤣. My point is that it's always a pleasure interacting with her. There was even a time when they are literally a minute away from closing and she has had to dirty both slicers to get my order for me and she did with a smile.
