I am highly disappointed with my experience with this law firm. Placing my trust in their services has proven to be a mistake. After an initial consultation, I was asked to pay $2,800, which I did in good faith. However, I received no follow-up regarding the status of my case or any filings. I didn’t know where to start, but from the very beginning the customer service was excellent. The receptionist who assisted me was very kind, and they were able to see me even without an appointment, which I truly appreciated. The attorney was very clear, professional, and made me feel comfortable at all times. All of my questions were answered with clarity and patience. I highly recommend them—it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely return if needed.
