I Amanda Tagle Zuniga, met Mr. Allen and at 10:05am he was walking out the door of the office with no patience. Sorry you felt we were taken long when I had mentioned to you that we were going to call you back as soon as we could. We can’t just kick one client out of our office just to cater to another sorry. Just like a doctors office you have to wait till it’s your turn to go back even with having an appointment.
Good luck with these people. I had a 10 o'clock appointment got there just before 10 waited until 10.3t started with my appointment so I left
I have been doing my taxes here for over 20 years and have NEVER had any complaints about how they conduct their business. This is a small mom and pop business that has serviced the Brazoria County area for over 30 years. Mrs. Martinez is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does and if you were not satisfied with the results then you probably did not read the signs that were posted in the office or didn't provide all the necessary information needed to complete your taxes. I’m only rating one star because 0 stars isn’t available. These people are so unprofessional. We went to get a quote for our tax’s they do not advertise that they charge a $120 fee for a QUOTE. The lady held our papers until we paid the fee. She did not ask about medical or school expenses, so our return should be more than her prediction. Do not by any means go through these people. They will not ask the right questions to get you your optimal return and, will hold your documentation hostage for a rediculous fee.
