I see the good reviews are coming from former employees or family (family friends). When we walked in (as customers) & very politely asked for some assistance to fill out a form to be able to send it back in, we were very rudely answered “well, did we do your taxes?” Where I replied “turbo tax is where I filed” & she immediately turned us away saying “well you just have to read & you should be able to figure it out, I will amend the return to help you fill it out” which is clearly NOT the best thing she could do for us.
