Unfortunatelly I used to work there.
What a rude and unprofessional receptionist or secretary. Wouldn't even give an opportunity to speak of my situation entirely. Interrupted with an annoyed tone in her voice. While in the middle of trying to explain she puts me on hold only to come back and say no can't help you. Didn't even get to the main importance of the situation.
