Please don’t trust this “lawyer”! This awful man took our money and completely screwed my sponsorship visa application. I worked for one employer for nearly 5 years. The visa should’ve been easily granted, but Mr. Udall did not lodge them properly and stopped responding to my emails and calls. I found myself in the situation where I have to relocate to another region, or leave the country, because of this man, who is NOT A REGISTERED IMMIGRATION LAWYER! (My bad, I should’ve checked that before)
Martin seems to have ripped us off, we paid him over $5k and he was supposed to have submitted all details for our staff member. He just stopped communicating with us and we just found out he did not submit properly. I will be contacting the ombudsman to get my funds back.
Finally, an honest Lawyer! Martin was reccomended to us by a friend and we used him for our visa. He went above and beyond, even connecting my parter with career opportunities
