I had worked there 5 years when my mother died on a Friday Evening , I missed seeing her by about 1 hour, I called MTS dispatch in Byron Center Michigan Saturday morning and told them what had happened and as the oldest son I was still making funeral arrangements and I would probably not be able to go back to work until at least Thursday or Friday, they said they understood and they would let the week days dispatchers know.
