Had brake issue went in with no appointment and mechanic was quick to realign everything. Great local shop.
I bought 2 electric bikes (over 4K$) here and, even if the bikes are great, after sale support has been regrettably unsatisfying. Brought one of the charger that stopped working one year after the purchase of the bike and, after multiple follow ups and onsite visits, I still have no news or a solution. Looks like they don’t care anymore after you step out of the shop. Won’t go back.

J'y suis allée à deux reprises pour des questions très rapides; une fois pour connaître le coût d'une mise au point annuelle, et une seconde fois pour acheter un réflecteur manquant sur mon vélo. Les deux fois, le service a été très lent (malgré le fait qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul client avant moi, qui avait déjà été servi) et peu sympathique.
