Asked for a new tube. Took my tire in the back shop to change it. I assumed it was a courtesy since this is a 5 minutes job. Didn't say there would be service costs. 30 dollars for changing a flat tire I could have done myself is borderline robbery. I'm new to the neighborhood, but I'll make sure to go to a different shop next time. Davélo for example

This place is one big scam. I bought my bicycle in May, second hand online for 100$. I then brought it to Martin Swiss to have it checked. I’m a single mom and I don’t know anything about bikes. Before going, I checked their website so that I know what I was getting into. They had different packages, one of them was BASIC for 60$.
