Franklin T. Gaddy was rude and disrespected every scheduled appointment we had. I was never able to get an appointment with him in person, so the scheduled phone appointments and emails that were sent to him were never answered. The one time I did speak to him over the phone as a potential client, seemed cold and despondent.
