I have been doing business with Martin Snow Law for one year, usually working with McKenzie. However I was assigned Erin Kicklighter this go around. In the past, the only issue I had was when they filed a deed on the wrong page for one of my properties, which they corrected after I pointed it out. However, during my most recent closing, I asked Erin Kicklighter to reach out to the county after she could not locate my deed and records that I had already provided. Franklin T. Gaddy was rude and disrespected every scheduled appointment we had. I was never able to get an appointment with him in person, so the scheduled phone appointments and emails that were sent to him were never answered. The one time I did speak to him over the phone as a potential client, seemed cold and despondent. He was arrogant and complained to me about his new born child as an excuse for not being able to reply.
