It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the Kelowna Martin Team!!! Shawn Green and the whole team have made it truly great for our family boating experience and we have just ordered our third boat through them.
The customer service here is top notch!!! Went in for a specific life vest. I believe the man's name was Randall (?) older man. So friendly and helpful. They didn't have the size I came for and he went above and beyond to be absolutely sure one wasn't somewhere in the building. I ended up going back and a woman helped me. I didn't get her name but same above and beyond customer service. She even carried it to my car since I was already carrying my infant car seat.
