I have come in several times over the years for advice and parts; the Gentleman running their parts department is an 11/10. It doesn't matter if you buy a $300k boat, or a $50 part, this company understands customer service. From the moment that you walk in the door, you will appreciate the respect and service from these folks.
I hired these guys for a haul out and subsequent relaunch of my boat recently. There were excellent from start to finish. Cloe booked me in and was very flexible about timing and dates. It all worked out great. Michael and Tom, on the truck, were punctual and so friendly when they arrived. So professional and careful loading the boat. They really know what they are doing.
