I walked into the store yesterday March 26 with cash in my pocket to buy a Widescape snowmobile. I was in the store for 15 min, no one even acknowledged I was there and I was the only person in the store I guess if your not buying a boat the staff can't be bothered to leave their phones or computers. I will be going to any other dealership to buy one even if it costs more money.
FIVESTAR! Chris G. handled my situation with great customer service. I had challenging service request. I burnt up electric wiring; ruined my season. Chris accommodated me! Worked with my schedule, winterization, and storage to get me through till could find solution. Diagnose and full remedy unknown and warned could be expensive but they worked with me to provide best solution. Appreciated the efforts above and beyond. Thanks again!
