Make sure you know your insurance coverage. I was told that I had my normal $10 copay for a visit ( and paid it ) a month later was billed an additional $90 for the visit from Cleveland clinic who said they were “sorry” for the bad info but I have to pay anyway. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I will find another facility for my needs
