She completed IRS return incorrectly. Despite being paid, never corrected and would not return many attempts to communicate. I was forced to contact my congressman, who had to use taxpayer funded labor to get the $3300 IRS refund secured. This lawyer is not your advocate, she will abandon you.

I laugh as I read the horrible reviews for Lobos. She was the worst attorney ever handling my fathers estate. Failed to file tax returns, filed one using his old address so check was returned to IRS. I spent months getting the return check reissued. I prepared and filed a federal tax return for the estate myself because it was months overdue and Lobos never did it. Got a different response from her every time I asked the same question. She had no idea what she was doing.

I would not recommend. It took me over 2 years to get my non contested divorce. There were A LOT of excuses and I paid twice for some things because it sat unattended to until the time to process it had lapsed. (Yes, I have receipts) They began to charge for every call and email I initiated and NEVER would return my calls. I would just not recommend this group.

There were A LOT of excuses and I paid twice for some things because it sat unattended to until the time to process it had lapsed.
