We hired Patrick a month ago and he never entered his appearance even though we paid him. We were told by his secretary and a judge that he is having health issues. I cant really say anything good at this time.
I filed a complaint against Patrick Martin on Oct. 3, 2017 and on Nov. 7, 2017 the Office of the Disciplinary Administrator acknowledge my complaint. I had to file another complaint against Patrick on Dec. 13, 2017. On April 10, 2018 I was notified by the Disciplinary Administrator that he was transferred to disability inactive status by the Kansas Supreme Court.
