This Attorney has had my case for 5 years. I have been told that my medical records havent been received by the defendants insurance company. I've gone to depositions and Mr. Kanfers doctors who he still hasn't gotten his report from this was 2 mos. Ago. He's the worst with communication never calls or returns your calls. No one should have to wait 5+ years to settle a case.
