I have to agree with Julii. I was very impressed with Martin. He is thoughtful, thorough and very educated not just on the law but on the complications in relationships and life that impact families and children through divorce. He cares, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, so the process and what needs to be done can be navigated with less stress.

Martin Hynes is a fantastic family lawyer. He is also a very decent human being. I was struggling with a very difficult marital breakdown, with DV involved. Martin assisted me in putting together a parenting plan that lasted until the kids left school. Everything from birthdays, Christmas, Mother's and Father's Days, School holidays, sickness, injury, overseas trips, change of address and handover was all in the plan.
