He is all about the money. I am a former client. He only suggested the worst case scenario then said he won’t offer any free advice where as other lawyers responded with free basic advice completely opposite of his.
If I had the option of putting zero stars I would, Roch is the absolute worst lawyer I have ever had. Every appointment with him he was giving me different information and telling me we needed to go in a different direction. He clearly had no idea what he was doing, I ever presented him a detailed plan given to me from the crown and he literally told me not to listen to them and they didn’t know what they were talking about. Stay away from Alison Mitchell. She is unprofessional and completely lacks discretion. Alison kept making side comments during the mediation with my ex and I. After the mediation she went ahead to tell my ex about the things I told her in private, thereby breaching the confidentiality agreement I signed with her. Alison's lack of professionalism and lack of discretion caused the conflict between my ex and I to increase exponentially. Stay away from Alison if you don't want a downward slide in your situation.
Roch dupont is a terrible lawyer. Please believe me and stay away. He gave me false information on my charges told me I received numerous new charges to find out I never did. He was working against me and not for me. When I started to question him about why he told me I had new charges and why I should take a of deal 6 years when the crown was originally offering me 3-5 for the same charges his answer was to no longer represent me. Roch dupont is no good, stay far away from him. He will take his sweet time and charge you 10k to be told to take baby steps on a matter that's Been an issue for 13 years. 10k down the drain. He's a loser person and doesn't care about his clients. Hope you see this Roch dupont ya theif
