I will NEVER let Diane handle my taxes again! She did my taxes for 15 yrs & made major, costly (to me, not her) mistakes twice! The first time I chalked it up to everyone makes mistakes, the second time she flat out lied to me then tried to tell me it was my own fault and had a horrible attitude and basically told me she didn't care that she was losing a customer. How unprofessional and rude, besides being incompetent. I will never go back.
