Continuous delays. Disappointing.
Frequent delays in delivery times. Do not purchase if you have tight schedules / will not be available for item delivery months past the original delivery timelines.
Items delayed again.
I would give zero stars if I could. Every item we’ve purchased from them has been delayed. Every time without fail. This is the second time. We were told our couch would be arriving within 3 months - in mid may. This was supposed to be before our new born and hectic schedule. Then we were told it would be June. Now we were told it will be July. If you only get one shipping container from Italy in a month, then maybe you shouldn’t be doing business or at least not lying about your delivery times.
