I have always enjoyed doing business with Ruth and she makes me feel appreciated.
I have been dealing with Ruth Martin for a number of years now, mainly lawnmower, snowblower and chainsaw part. A couple of years we bought 2 bikes and still get excellent service and advice from Ruth.
Ruth is very knowledgeable and almost always has what I need for small engine repairs. If she doesn't have it it's likely not available in town anywhere else and she'll order it in right away.
Walked in the store expecting to book a bike for repairs. A young gentleman eating a sandwich behind the counter couldn't even remotely be bothered to even ask if I needed anything. I guess he just fixes stuff? I mean, a simple "please talk to the lady over there if you need help" would have been sufficient. Silly me for assuming someone behind a counter at a store was there to help you with anything.
